Payment Terms
Payment for counselling sessions is due at the time of the booking and must be paid no later than 4.00pm on the day of the booking, if the booking is for an appointment that day or the next following day. When the appointment is scheduled for any subsequent time, payment must be made or by 4.00pm of the next following day of the booking.
If payment is not received by this time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
A cancelled appointment may be rescheduled only after payment is made, together with a late-payment fee of $30.00.
The late-payment fee represents the administrative costs and disruption to service caused by non-payment and is not intended as a penalty.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least one full working day’s notice.
Fees for cancelled appointments with the minimum notice will be refunded.
If less than one full working day’s notice is given, the session fee will be forfeited in full.
Forfeited fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.
General
By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by these terms of business.
These terms are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and the effective running of the counselling service.
