Payment Terms
Payment for counselling sessions is due at the time of the booking and will be invoiced by email as soon as practicable following this. The fee must be paid no later than 4.00pm on the day specified in the tax invoice - normally the next day following the booking.
Unless otherwise specified, payment is by bank deposit, the details of which are given in the invoice.
If payment is not received by the due time, the appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment may only be scheduled once payment is received.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least one full working day’s notice.
Fees for cancelled appointments with the minimum notice will be refunded.
If less than one full working day’s notice is given, the session fee will be forfeited in full.
Forfeited fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.
General
By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by these terms of business.
These terms are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and the effective running of the counselling service.
